Manhattan Short Film Festival

What: Movie lovers in New York City, San Antonio and other cities around the world will share their love for cinema simultaneously when approximately 100,000 of them will convene in front of a movie screen for the 2018 Manhattan Short Film Festival.

During the evenings of September 28 and 29, and October 5 and 6, cinephiles from six continents will watch nine finalists and vote on their favorite short film, performance and screenplay.

Cannon Fest

What: Join the Alamo for the second annual Cannon Fest. This event will explore the artillery of the Texas Revolution. There will be artillery displays, interactive drills, and living history demonstrations for all ages.

Market Day in the Park with Foam Party

What: There is no better way to kiss summer goodbye than with a Foam Party. Travis Park is hosting a naturally organic, toxin free foam party that is safe for kids to enjoy. The event will also have over 40 vendors for family members of all ages to enjoy.

Yanaguana Fest

What: Yanaguana Fest is a one-day cultural arts and music festival that features different genres of live music, live painting, an artisan alley, food, crafts, and vendors.

Eighth Annual Parktoberfest
